1. The Basic CMS Website
This will include an extra customisable editing tool which will allow you to add & edit content.
A tutorial (How to.. for the administrators).
Standard Site Security.
Search Engine Optimization.
Regular back up of the site.
Comprehensive site statistics.
Unlimited e-mail addresses, site bandwidth & disk space – should you host through us.
2. Advanced Slide and Image Component
This component will allow a thumb nail to be viewed & a larger image with an option to have "sample" ghosted over it.
Much more automated process
3. Custom Site Forms
For sales / Donations or client contact. Via e-mail.
4. Auto Image Re-sizer
Once picture has been uploaded this component will automatically re-size your image for uses who view the site. Download time of images will be minimised.
5. Cascading Menu
Giving you 1 click access to anywhere on your site.
6. Registration to Site
Your basic client database by registration. This component enables users to register to your site, enabling you to build up a database of clients.
7. Newsletter Component
Sent from your site to an unlimited number of subscribers. Additional training included. Clients are able to subscribe and there is an 'opt-in' and 'opt-out' option sent with each mail as required by law.
8. Forum Component
Enabling people to interact with each other on the site. Sharing information etc.
9. Banner Advertising
Set up so others can advertise on your site and newsletter
(Once set up you could place adverts yourself, or we could place adverts for an extra charge).
10. Social Network linking
Enabling others to send your URL via Facebook, Twitter & +/-150 others.
11. Extended Social Network
Allowing registered users to communicate with each other.
12. Storefront
Using VirtueMart – fully searchable, enabling ordering & shipping, or for use as an online catalog.
You will need to specify how many products.
13. Document Upload & Download (advanced)
Categorised download menu, front end administration.
14. Document Upload & Download (simple)
Allowing users to download documents from article pages, front end administration.
15. Calendars
Varying degrees of complexity.
16. Events List
A simplified events list, without an on-line calendar.

For registered users. Full moderation available, to your requirements.

Facebook is an inexpensive and extremely effective advertising media.
22. Training & 1 Month Maintenance Hand-over (not optional)
Once the site is complete there will be a process of training required in order for you to be able to upload content yourself. Also to be able to answer any questions you may have to get the site completely functional.
23. Website Support
After the initial 1 month maintenance hand over period, you may still require support and would like to sign a maintenance contract with us. With Joomla it is simple enough to do as much of your own maintenance as you would like from wherever you are, OR we could do it for you. We offer these 2 options:
- Contract – 12 month
R300 per month will cover up to 3 hours of edits / support per month regardless of whether you use it or not.
- By the hour
You can also just pay us by the hour for maintenance, based on our standard rate of R350.
This support includes:
- Support for the Administrator/s
Web strategy input.
Website reviews on request – this will include enhancing existing components.
Technical input on new innovations available.
Support via e-mail or telephonically.
- Support for the staff doing the editing
Staff training.
- Technical support
If hosting with us – Hosting technical support.
We make sure that the web server is operating correctly.
Website security.
The support does not include:
New or extra components, we will quote per required component.
New design elements.
